Rift won't work on my computer? Help?

Whenever I log into RIFT it only flashed white on my screen. Do I need to lower my graphics setting on the game? If so, how do I do it without logging in?

What is the model of your processor, how much memory does your PC have, what graphics card, etc? The more detail the better.

If you do not know where to find this information, go to your Start menu, in the search box type 'dxdiag' without quotes and run the program that Windows finds, you will get a screen open with all the technical information of your PC.

Sounds like a driver issue afaik. Do what tarien said with dxdiag and post details of your pc.
