[Balance] rathrak HC or Lightning Rod HC?

Recently got my hand on Rathrak HC and I was wondering whats better: rathrak HC+Ultraxion HC of-hand or Lightining Rod? As I've heard different things about them both, cheers.

I can not remember the site I found the information at, but HC Rathrak and the off-hand should be better. If you're unsure, use Wrathcalcs to check it.

I've done some extensive testing on Wrathcalcs. H Rathrak + H Ledger> H Lightning Rod however H Rathrak + N Ledger or vice versa< H Lightning Rod except for Yorsajh and if you're so inclined to switch out weapons midway through fights - heavy aoe phases (tombs on Hagara and such).

I thought the same thing. To be fair though, it was the Deathwing shit staff vs Rath.
