from 10 man hc is there a chance for more than 1 gem cluster to drop or does it take the 8 weeks to get the 60 from 1 per boss?

10 mans on heroic will drop 1 gem cluster guaranteed. I'd assume that because the 25 mans on heroic generally drop 2. But in general, the drop rate is schizophrenic for both.

10man = 1 cluster per boss, no matter normal or HM.

25man = 2 cluster per boss, but you can drop 1 and there are some cases in which ppl got 3. Still no difference in drop for normal vs HM.
