Is is possible to make an weakaura event that shows how much units are in range for Spinning Crane Kick ?

Give me the radius (half of the width of the "circle") that it has and I'll see what I can do.

    8 yards

The best I can do without having to include a massive library is 9.9 yards, also - what would you consider a good amount of targets for it to hit to be worth it? I'd say another 4 people abouts?

    9.9 yards and 4 people+ sounds good

Ha just spent 45 minutes or so getting it to work and it crashed when I tried testing it and I lost it , Here's Tiger Power and the Mana Tea counter updated (so it's not as resource intensive) I'll get back with the SCK aura late tonight or early tomorrow morning.

    Code:

This kind of went into a weird direction.

Obviously SCK is going to get a hefty nerf. Basically atm to maximize monk healing all you do is use ReM on CD and use SCK and then use Uplift to burn the Chi, all while it is ok in terms of mana but puts out somewhere are 70-80k HPS. Well above every other class except for broken paladins.

Paladins still haven't recieved a single nerf since they have been found broken.

How much is currently SCK healing for? I fear that our AoE healing is something they have a hard time to tune...and I fear that if nrfs come, they will be too severe and SCK will be next to useless:/ And I think they should nerf its healing while healing 10+ targets, not nerf it overall. Because while it is OP in 25 mans, it wont be so OP in 10 mans. Its like Healing Rain on live

It's already "nerfed" while healing 6+ targets, just like every other AoE heals.

Looks to me like Spinning Crane Kick has been hotfixed since yesterday. If I'm remembering figures correct looks like a 60% nerf. Sadly Chi Burst hasn't been fixed to give Mana Tea stacks.

  12. #452
Yea SCK got hotfixed to the better imo. But as you said Chi burst still dont grant mana tea

  13. #453
Chi Burst not giving mana tea stacks is quite frustrating since it really is the strongest heal on that tier. Atm the best use of Chi is Uplift for 25m specially if there is multiple MW's in the raid.

Yeah, I did 25s with Chi Burst as primary dump, then swapped to Uplift as the dump and the mana return was night and day.

I do hope CB is fixed next build.

There's been buffs to that entire tier on the next build, perhaps it's also fixed

Soothing mist and cracling jade light now have 25% chance per tick to generate a Chi.

    Love it!

An extra 5% chance for chi still doesn't fix the problem that it's more mana efficient to put a RM on the tank and eminence heal...

  18. #458
And Chi wave still have a 8sec CD

    Monk (Forums / Skills)
Is there a reason why Chi Wave has a cooldown?
We rebuilt how Chi Wave functions under the hood, so it should feel much more responsive. Give it a try in the next build. Unfortunately, it still needs to have a cooldown for technical reasons. We wanted to take the cooldown off, but there were some issues with having multiple Chi Waves bouncing around at the same time from the same Monk, so we put the cooldown back on.

Suggest that they would have to redesign the spell to remove the CD, whether or not they are willing or able to do that will remain to be seen.

Who cares about chi wave, Hadouken is fixed
