Is there an item duping going on?

If you check EU softcore AH for Dead Man's Legacy legendary quiver you will find two of them being absolutely the same.
Following stats

Dexterity 154
Vitality 113
Attack speed increased by 19%
Increases Hatred Regeneration by 1.07 per second
+10 Maximum Discipline
Increases Bola Shot damage by 8%

One is at 70 mil buyout and the other one is at 80 mil.
What are the odds of getting a legendary item being as good as this one (by far the best quiver I saw so far) being absolutely the same with so many different possible values?

It's not being duped, there are just too many people farming.

There's hundreds of thousands of characters that could drop for. I wouldn't even be remotely surprised to see duplicates.

There are only so many stat roll combinations, it's not a dupe.

There's a video around of some guy and his friend farming and the exact same boots with the exact same stats dropping on the same run... low odds, but people get struck by lightning and win the lottery and identical items probably have better odds than that :P If millions of items are spawned every day (which seems likely), then you're going to see some items with the same stat rolls.
