Titles account-bound with account-bound achievements?

Hi there! I was wondering, with many achievements being account-bound now in MoP, I was wondering.. will this be the same for titles? Titles earned through achievements I mean.

Say I did Lich King 25 man Heroic on my Warrior, will this achievement and the title awarded for it, be available for my mage or my paladin as well?

They are supposed to be, yes. As far as I know this isn't the case in beta yet, though.

Well, it's worth noting that in when you transfer a toon from live to the beta, it wipes your achivements, so unless you killed the boss on the beta, it doesn't have the achivement and thus the title.
It also kind of appears to be bugged. Some of my toons that were made shortly after the accountwide-ification of achivements had titles and tabards and such, but others made both before and after that window don't have them.

Blue posts so far state yes, titles you earn will be account wide. However, they will be restricted to characters who are level appropriate. So your level 3 hunter will not have Savior of Azeroth, but your level 86 monk could.
