I loved Altered Beast, that game was quite possibly the hardest game ever made. Comic Zone and the first X-Men game were also among some of the great games that I played on the Genesis.
Also, BOOM SHAKALAK! NBA JAM was the shit, same goes for Mortal Kombat 3.

Probably the Battletoads port from the NES. I do prefer the NES version, but the game is still amazing.

Considering only Sega Genesis games, Shadow of the Beast and Kid Chameleon are way harder than Altered Beast.I loved Altered Beast, that game was quite possibly the hardest game ever made.
