New Crobuzon from the book "Perdido Street Station". Basically a steampunk/magic laced city. Here's an artists rendering...
My favourite from video games is Divinity's Reach from Guild Wars 2. Blows every city I've seen in rpg's or mmo's out of the water.

I liked most of the towns from Oblivion ALOT..to a point where its just depressing to know I'll never live in such an awesome place in the real world. Modern stuff makes me gag..
