I wouldn't say it's too good.
I got a 2h wep with 1500+dps, about 270 strength and 1100 LoH for only 500k.
Still, the crit dmg and bleed are nice, so i'd sell it for about 400k (some crit barbs like 2h).

It's nowhere near 100k gold.
It has no LoH, that's the sole reason why it's not worth over 2k gold.
Salvage and sell the mats on the AH.

Manticore is worth a fair amount to the average gamer, great life on hit + life steal and it has dex so you'll probably have an easy time selling it for a few mil

At the very least it'll sit on your merc fairly good.

Those are Inna's pants and they are ok. Monks usually want a resistance on them though and your random strength roll means they not great.

2 sockets on a manticore is very nice, Not sure what you can get, maybe a few mill but I am no expert. If you had Dex instead of Int I would say that would be amazing.

DML people look for 18% attack speed pretty much minimum and when you don't have max Crit Chance either it won't be worth godly amounts but very good Dex and Vit might push up to 5-10 mill.
