Just wanted to laught my ass off from all poor mages who think its superb for mage flag carriers - only idiot would jump after altered mage

However, the fact that alter time can be cancelled just before it ends makes for more advanced game play. Let's say you saw the mage had alter time up, he starts running and blinks and you stay right where he was. Just before it ends, he cancels it and you've been left behind.
