Hello guys I have been wondering if i should refresh dot's when Archangel used ( I also mean SW:P not just VT and DP )

Short answer: no.
Long answer: nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

Never refresh SW: P manually when you can refresh it with MF.
Also, Archangel removes Dark Evangelism stacks that give a 10% damage increase to periodic damage (aka dots), so if you refresh dots immediately after Archangel they do 10% less damage.
