I was, what, 12-13 when I played them? Maybe even younger? I didn't know any better.

Well, I kind of did, as my first PC game was Unreal 2: The Awakening, but still.

If I do, I'll likely lose any and all chances of leaving the country, which would pretty much spell disaster for me, but if I don't, I fear that I'll get stuck with something that I'll end up hating, which might eventually make me explode. Wat do.
I dunno, man (and it did all make sense). I withdrew, sure, but was that the best decision? It's the most likely to make me happy, I think, but at the moment it's just looking bleak. I'm 20 years old, I've never had a job in my life, I have no degree or certification to speak of. It's grim, sure, but I think I would've just sunk further into depression had I kept pushing in a domain in which I had no personal interest. At least now I get to do what I enjoy doing, even if I am mooching off my parents whilst doing so.

I can't say my advice will help here because I'm almost in the exact same situation you are, and I have no idea if I made a good decision or a bad one. But either way, good luck.

I hate it because it's "slightly" boring and because I always end up feeling that I don't deserve to win, or, when losing, that I'm the reason why we're losing.
I haven't always said this, but supports play a vastly different game than their fellow roles. Gotta balance warding with getting items, know where to put the wards and when, when you can go out to ward and when you can't, when your AD carry will be safe alone, when you can leave them to go help in a teamfight in river, all that stuff. But the biggest thing is that supports need a good team. I find playing support for a good team fun, even if I'm dying every teamfight--it means the enemy team's wasting their time killing me (and now I'm worth almost nothing) and not my teammates. But like you said, playing support for a bad team is probably one of the most depressing things you can do in LoL.

Supports provide information and enable their team to make big plays or close escapes, but their team has to do it or the support's worthless (and the player is left disheartened). You can have ten thousand wards that mean nothing if your team doesn't watch the minimap (or if you don't place them in good spots, but...)

I think I still have Most Wanted and Carbon on my laptop. I could boot it up and check my save files just for the heck of it...

The Civic really looked...tunable, to say the least. Loved it.

The Celica, on the other hand...not my thing. It had nothing on the RX7, or on the Skyline.

Everyone in the thread about 5 things people are sick of is mentioning MLP :'(
I don't get the complaints, it's combined to one thread on this forum, and it's just about the only site I go to with brony stuff that isn't a fansite. Oh, and reddit but if they're in the mlp section then they're doing it wrong.

Oh, that reminds me. The freaking Gallardo. Yes, it had slightly worse overall stats than the Murc, but the handling was beastly and it looked sleek and beautiful. I would've beaten both Most Wanted and Carbon with it had I not stumbled upon the Ford GT in the former and the (retardedly overpowered, especially at the end) 'vette in the latter.

I'm not sure I get what you're trying to say, but if you're not intentionally flaunting your brony...ness around in other threads then you shouldn't really care about what others say. As for Reddit, I really don't know what the MLP subreddit is like, so I can't comment on that.

Gallardo was awesome I must admit.
I bought literally all the good cars and kited them out some way or another, GT was awesome too.
If I remember, my Chevrolet Corvette literally looked like a simple stock Corvette (painted black)... but the upgrades I put on it... oh my, it wasn't a stock car at all

It took me a while to understand, but then I figured out that there is another thread on Fun Stuff called "5 things you like that other people hate/despise"

I loved my celica in underground 2, I knew a glitch in the game(maybe it was a glitch or maybe I just didn't know english) which allowed me to have both "unique" vinyl on car with other regular vinyls(I remember whenever you get a "unique" one, the other vinyls would disappear for some reason) and also how to put a spray on carbon fiber hood
    It looked sick

The first one wasn't a glitch, and it allowed for some really cool combos, but I genuinely didn't know about the other one. Then again, I've only beaten U2 once (U1 twice, MW 3 times, Carbon twice), so it's no surprise that I missed out on a lot of cool things.

If it was a Mercedes SLR I would've called you Bull. Sleepers are very cool.
