I bought mine with a dead pixel, but it was the last in their stock, so I didn't take it back. I tried telling myself to imagine if my monitor would be of any use if it had only that one working pixel and 2073599 dead ones, and to therefore stop making a big deal out of the opposite; but yeah, it doesn't change that it still sticks out like a sore thumb. Having an artist's OCD eye even though I couldn't draw sure didn't help. Red permapixel FML.

The funny thing is I just spent about five minutes moving windows around to try and find it, only to remember that it's on what is now my secondary monitor. Har.

Haven't noticed it since it happened. I just don't look over at the area where the pixel is and even if I do it's still hard to specifically locate where it is unless it's on a background that allows it to stick out.
