We're having issues with Warmaster, ship is just taking too much damage, getting surrounded with fire, we have a rota of people using big spells ( Ardent defender/dispersion) to soak up a twilight onslaught solo, while the rest are on the barrages, and in between solo soaks, we have a full raid soak one, but we're either losing someone to some random error, or the ship takes too much because we're not seeing the smaller ones or not going for ones where fire is doused but still there visually.

Kinda sucks to have all raids on standby until we get all 3 healers online, only chance at that is on Sundays.. ;_;

Split your dps into 4 groups around the ship to soak up the small ones, we've managed to do it without any solo soaks and as of now we're using our priest going OS for shadow to pop dispersion to soak the first one alone.
Once you get the hang of it, warmaster is a rather easy fight, although the fires bugging out in P2 can be damn annoying.

Considering that a) we're supposed to have a raid tonight ourselves and b) that I cancelled for our own raid tonight, the answer is no

Heroic, we're clearing normal too easily... it's irritating, we cant reach phase 2 of HC, but we can do normal like it's a joke...

I can pretty much sit there, toss a DoT every now and then during Normal.
Well ok, that's almost what I do on Heroic too, except for tendon phases..

have people pair up, and make sure noone have 2 stacks or more or they'll get fucked up by the onslaught. and EVERYONE stacks in onslaught and use 1 CD per onslaught.

that's precisely what we're doing, our build for our last attempt was 3 healers, 2 tanks, 2 melee dps, 3 ranged dps. there was me and mage in 1 quadrant, hunter and H pally in the one next to us, shadow priest and disc priest in third and the rogue and ret pally in the last where the tanks would pull the adds for melee to DPS them.

We do it with 2 healers and 4 range. just make sure the drakes die in one pass and you should be fine.

yes we're killing every sapper, our hunter drops flare down ASAP while our DK tank DGs him back to the far quadrant where we kill him quickly.
And i'm only reserve tbh, if we'd swapping a healer for ranged DPS, that means i'm likely getting removed

So does it mean your wipes are simply caused by people dying to some random attacks and such then?
Because in that case, your group just needs to learn to move away from fire, from the blasts (if you have 1 or more stacks and no one to take it with you) and from the charge thingies that the 2 vrykuls do. Priority is always on the 2 drakes, aiming to get them down with a single harpoon to prevent too many blasts to the ship.
