Ah remember that with OoT i finished the water and fire temple before the forest temple.
Also they did sonething a bit unforgivable with the 3DS version of the game. The Ganon fight has WAY TOO MUCH ILUMINATION in comparison to the 64 one.

Dag!* hugs!I have a present for you! I don't think you were in thread when I posted it, so here!
Looky! :3
I saw this when I was driving home with Mr. Eternal one day (I was actually the passenger; despite what that picture would have you believe I totally shot the picture over Mr. Eternal's shoulder) and I instantly thought of the thread, but particularly you <3
Ok, Wind Waker story is kinda based off OoT.
When the preorders for Wind Waker rolled out, which was like... almost right after the gamecube came out my sister preordered it and got the OoT preorder disk. Her and her boyfriend played it and they didn't really like it. I've heard good things about the game so I "borrowed" it. Quoting borrowed because I still have the game and its sitting right on my monitor, lol. Anyway, played through that. Took me forever but I did it.
By then Wind Waker was getting ready to be released. It was delayed a lot if you didn't remember. Was supposed to be a release game iirc. Anyway, I didn't have money for it and the place that my sister preordered it from closed up (KB Toys). So I was unable to buy it till my birthday which was like 7 months away. So I was tortured through all the Nintendo Power issues with Wind Waker stuff in it.
September rolls around and I decided I wanted to play football that year. I met this guy that also had a gamecube. His parents were pretty rich so he pretty much got any and every game for gamecube. We were bullshitting at practice about what games we liked and I was like, yeah I just played through OoT was a great game. Gotta wait till November to get Wind Waker though. He told me that he had Wind Waker and didn't really like it and would give it to me for free with the players guide. I didn't really believe that he would go with it the next day. Sure as shit, next day I'm getting ready to leave from practice and hes like, here dude and hands me the game.
Thing was in mint condition, no instruction book but oh well. So I spent like another 6 months playing through that.
My story is last post on previous page btw.
They did. Just look it at a youtube video. It rather seems that the sun is friggin shining. I liked the fight in 64 because youcould barely see Ganon's color and full look because it was dark as fuck and you could only see them when a lightning struck down for a second. (hence muh love for lightning things and why my OC uses mostly lightning based magic)

Yep, got that one too and got 100% on MQ. Funny how I burned the deku shield inside the tree.
Yeah PAL copies had it in the same case. NA ones have a separate case. Like this.

I also had this, but I let my friend borrow it. He still has it.
Only reason why I'd get it back is for Majoras Mask cause emulator play sucks, but I think getting an expansion pak + real cartridge would be easier.
Thing I liked the most from OoT: the fight against Dark Link.
