Sweet Christ. This was the equipment given to my druid for a "future" campaign setting (read, we are playing it now, but we wanted to move the story up a bit, so it's at level 16 now)

The Desert Wind: +4 Arid Scimitar adds +2d6 Heat damage as is drains the moisture from the person you attack. You gain 1/2 in healing up to your max HP.
