I usually call Radiohead a new Pink Floyd, because they toy around with electronic sounds, their music is strange and unique without losing its core like many indie-rock and alternative rock artists. I think that they are one of those bands where you don't say "Wow, I really love that guitarsolo!" or "Their drummer is amazing!". It's a band where you would say "The band is amazing", because everything is coded together in a special way that makes up their electro-rock sound.
Like a non-metal Tool. But that's as far as I can go without being subjective. What really sells the band to me is their slow songs, that their lyrics are actually good and that I can go from headbanging to one of their songs to starring at my wall, lost in thoughs at the next.
