I'd stream mine but it's a little unstable thanks to all the mods and random crashes ain't fun. :3
Also all the mods make it a bit laggy from time to time.

Try getting BOSS from Nexus, it should arrange your load order so it shouldn't conflict.
Well, at least with all the mods it recognizes.

I'm not going to wait 2 months for a cracked version of Windows 7 to download through a torrent on my home internet. They blocked torrents on my school's internet, and my home internet is already bad enough without anything at all downloading to make online games completely unplayable.

FOMM, I'd imagine it's better since NMM is newer and all that so it's more buggy etc.
