Ah, I missed it because I wasn't paying enough attention. For that, I would definitely say get a nice short layered cut and go Vinyl with it. I don't actually think that you need bleaching because your hair is light enough that the blue should come through without a problem, but if you want to go ultra-vibrant I guess you should.

Hmm, oaky. I might just only bleach a little bit to have the light blue stripes show, but for now I'll wait and talk to the potential hairdresser as soon as possible. Also, do you think it would be possible to get a semi-permanent color? As in, it would wash away after a week or so.

I used to think Sorc shoes were bad, but then I realized why they're actually really good; the less MR your target has, the more effective they are. Same goes for BC. A few shots and suddenly your target has 15-25 armor instead of 60-70.

I used to use it all the time but I use LW more often now that people actually know that defensive builds are effective. BC is more effective the earlier you get it, but you already need to be winning your lane to be able to pay that much so early. Not that I play Vayne very much now that she needs to be carried by a decent support until level 6 (at least).
