Well obviously, they're more expensive. BC is almost equal to the cost of a BT so you're just sticking an extra item in and saying it's better.

90% of the time, Mercury Treads should be your boots of choice for any melee champion. The two exceptions are if your champion is fragile enough that even with the CC reduction you'll die if you get CC'd, or if the enemy team has negligible amounts of CC (in which case they're probably mostly AD and you should get Ninja Tabi).

Kayle's a really good top, but she can fail as hard as she likes as long as she ults the AD carry at the right time when lategame hits.

I've never been fond of Wriggle's on ADs. I would rather have the health from 2 Doran's Blades than the lifesteal from a Wriggle's.

I've never been fond of Wriggle's on ADs. I would rather have the health from 2 Doran's Blades than the lifesteal from a Wriggle's.

I always get a Wriggles if I play AD carry bot, and I'll just continue to ward dragon.


And it helps a lot when stealing buffs and golems from the enemy team, which I do a lot. Especially on ranged AS like Vayne.
