I might have semi-dislocated my knee or something. Was sitting in my chair with my right foot bent under the chair at an angle. When I then stretched it out again, it felt like it was dislocated or something like that. I couldn't put any weight on it, but it didn't hurt. It was just very uncomfortable.
But when I twisted the leg a bit counter-clockwise there was a disgustin popping sound and it fell into place again. That hurt a bit, and I was very sore after that.
It's happened before, but about 2-3 months between each time.
How hard do you have to work to get it dislocated? How many times before has this happened? Also, does the area under the knee feel a bit more... squishy than normal? (only ask that to rule out a rupture of a bursae sac.)
Again, this is a guy that you don't really know on the internet (though I have taken physical assessment courses as part of my nursing career path, so maybe a bit more qualified), so take it with a grain of salt and find a true doctor if you are really worried about it.

No it's the headache from the current of air in an enclosed space. I rarely get headaches or feeling sick from it, I also think it might be a placebo because everyone else shouts to "not have opened both doors and windows open or having a fan blowing straight at you or you will get a headache" so they would make me think it also applies to me.
It happens with normal bending/unbending at a slight angle, and then pops back again when I twist the leg a bit. About 10 or so times before, first being at least 3 years ago. I can't find any change on the underside of the knee.
I'm not too worried, because it's only sore for an hour and then it's just like normal again.
Still would say check it out if it starts happening more frequently than that. And by underside of the knee, I mean
The area a couple cm down the leg from that blue area. That blue area is what lubricates the joint, and you don't want to be running and stuff without that. Not sure if I was clear enough there, so thought I would clarify.
