Not really. Jeff stays distant with everyone, and Abed's relationship with Troy is nothing like the borderline homosexual relationship between Turk and J.D. The comparisons between each other character isn't even the same either. Originally Posted by Joyful

Abed is athletic, JD is not. Plus Abed isn't the main character
Turk and Troy are close enough, but Troy's ability to get women hasn't really been brought up so far.
Britta and Elliot are terribly different. Britta is rather smart, at least in the common sense area. Ellliot would be better paired with Annie, since she's a little crazy.
Jeff and Cox are way too different too. Jeff is well-liked. Cox may be liked, but it's only through fear. Jeff is charismatic.
Annie and Carla have nothing in common. Not really anything else to say there.
Shirley and Laverne are at least close in that they have strong religious ties. And their penchant for gossip.
Pierce and Kelso are also very different. Their only connection is their age, which gives them other quirks just because of their generation.
Chang and Janitor are both indeed out of their fucking minds. Difference there is one has more direct effect over the other characters, while the other just makes up random shit pranks to pull. Plus Chang seems to calm down after he gets back with his wife.
Dean Pelton and Ted are close enough I guess, but Pelton's position commands more authority than Ted, so he seems less of a sad sack.Last edited by Pendulous; 2012-07-30 at 01:31 PM.
