To be fair I don't think you play that often, but both Warmog's and Atma's got nerfed quite a while ago. Warmog's is almost never better than Frozen Mallet now.

It looks somewhat like the second one! Just with GA - and the other boots. Didnt think resist is preferable over cd reduction for Darius because the CD of Q can make or break an assault

If you need CDR and armour that badly then get a Glacial Shroud. Merc Treads are rarely worth giving up, and even in the rare situation where you do, Ninja Tabi are a better choice.

I know they got nerfed, doesn't mean it can't still be good
Always got Atma's, Warmogs with a Frozen Mallet then get some items with damage and defensive stat (of course boots and maybe a Wit's End). Rarely fails me, end up with about ~215-250 AD depending on the health per level of the champion with those 3 alone as well with good defense with the other items.
