Niv has been around since the last Ravnica and that is just a reprint of his last card. He is getting a new one come RTR.

He was a mythic in From the Vault: Dragons and it still makes sense, but you have to realize that this is a reprint for a special product and he is getting a new card. Jarad may not even be mythic.
