I don't judge his methods of playing teemo because it works for him. we (me and a group of friends) actually call him "the backdoor bunny" because he would go around and backdoor shit all the time through the gaems while using bunny teemo.

He rushes wriggles after a doran sword start. his boots of choice are berzerkers. he then builds malady, and gets some form of defense (most of the time that being thornmail). Then depends on the game he'll either get mallet, cleaver or thirster. It works well for him. No idea what runes or masteries he uses though, sorry.
