Honestly at this point maybe they should just make it an open beta. I could just make a new account and say screw it rather than waiting for their tech support/account management team to get their heads out of their rears :/

As silly as this may sound. Are you sure the account name is right?
It's harder with the password since they require that you type it twice, but with the account name it's easy to screw it up the once without realising.
