You won't fry it if you watch your temps. Worst that will happen is you will starve it for voltage or go too high and it will hard lock / bsod on boot.

I'd panic if it did that though.
Also, I don't keep track of my temperatures.
All I know is when my fan starts getting louder and how much percentage of the CPU I'm using.

I think this one at full would be annoying.
It's sped up now because I have Smite in the background taking up about 80% of my CPU.
I guess it's not far off a Boeing 767.

I bought this computer about 5 years ago. Bought it used and have no idea how long the person before me had it for.
2GHz processor, 3GB RAM, had a shit video card that I had to upgrade because I couldn't turn the water detail on WoW above "Lowest" without dropping to about 3 fps.
Even then the video card isn't amazing, but it was the only thing that I could afford.
I'd love to upgrade, but like most people I don't have the money to yet.
