okay i see what you mean, id probably shoot myself if i had to do it agian... i did it... 4 times, almost 5 with my rogue but quit wow at 73 with him =/

i usually go out with my low tier tanks int he front ranks with a few low grade AA and wait for the enemy to strike, to which i follow up with the AA missles tailing behind a good bit along with a few *like 8* gunships for support, and the best part is the concentrated artillery i have stationed at my deployment where i take pot shots at their troops while they think their safe, and i defend them with AA guns as well, 2nd tier i believe they are flak.
sorry got carried away...... but i know what you mean the SAMS are like needed, easy and cheap to deploy but my god they SUCK

Infantry who can shoot their pew pew guns at almost melee range will drop any helicopter in seconds. SAMS? Miss. Miss. Miss. Miss. Miss. Miss. OMG HIT and the chopper only lost half it's health >>

HAHA! Exactly the same with me! I was PvPing on my mage as Fire. She was originally a twink for PvP on level 70 but then I decided to level her. And it just stopped.
