Ah. Not sure how Irelia works. The only way to counter panth is to build an early chain vest and make sure you have good sustain. =/

The servers are fixed on AN btw. I would play on EUW, but playing without the higher level masteries and runeless is painful. Not to mention anything my sister does on the internet causes my ping to skyrocket, regardless of which servers I'm playing on.
