i know what your mean.. and i kinda just found an solution for myself, just try to find a healthy rythem (i know it's hard to adjust to, but really try to go for it, like go to bed at 11 pm and wake up around 7-8 am each day of the week). Sometimes i layed awake for like 5 hours and it almost drove me insane not being able to fall asleep .. so just try to work out in the evenings / run / swim / whatever (its healthy & will tire you allot), and eventually you'll be happy to jump into your bed! but dont take this as a good advice, this is just the way how i solved this problem
