Just had these pants drop while running I-No/Apathy's Act 3 Paragon farm in the Tower of the Cursed level 1 or 2 on MP5 with Pendulous and another friend. ^_^ They could be better, but AH puts them at about 2.5 million gold and they were only 1100 dps lost for me, but 7700 health gained, putting me a bit over 30k and feeling more secure. .8% loss in protection, but all of that health is hard to pass up!
In general not a bad night, barely ever get to have MP5 fun!

Helm is a (I think?) well-rolled WD set piece with a socket!

An actual upgrade. Browsed a bit and it seems it sells for over 100mil. Will have to think about it since I am broke.
