The point wasn't about the explanation, it was about the generally perceived visibility of things such as nudity. If you're allowed to view a website such as this at work, in the UK I couldn't imagine many bosses having problem with seeing an image such as that.

That said .. the UK does have page 3 embedded into our national identity.

I was complaining that they didn't implement cynicism and complaining into the opening ceremony, combined with queue's (athlete parade), they form a part of the backbone of this country.
