It's not confirmed IF she will die in the TV show, Judith is what they name the child when she's born. There's alot that was cut out of the comic books for the series because they still want to make it interesting and fairly new for old fans. Dale (Old man with RV) was a very unexpected death in the TV series, Daryl and Merle were never in the comic books and there's no Tyrese who is a complete bad-ass in the comic book. Ontop of this there's alot of events inbetween their travels and alot of new characters added for the show along with characters from the comic book being left alone. Originally Posted by Majad
