I'd say yes, but in case it doesn't, just run it on compability mode. That thing fixes everything

If you like base building and ww2 era RTS games, get company of heroes! My favorite RTS hands down.

Any Total War game, lots of them and even the old ones are good.
World in Conflict is pretty fun(although it's not really a RTS)
Age of Empires(2 is the best, that game is legendary) or Age of Mythology.

Company of Heroes, it's 2.50 on steam until tomorrow. Age of Empires 3 is 10 dollars as well but you have like 15 minutes left as of now.

Earth 2150 and 2160. Possibly 2140 as well, though I've not played 2140. Metal Fatigue, sadly my discs for it are broken, I really enjoyed the game. Warlords Battlecry series.

battle for middle earth 2. one of my all time favorites if you like to build and level up heroes for abilities. not so much a rushing game tho, but too many RTS's imo force rush play styles.
