no, you can kill the bosses that give rep much faster now.

The rep banner from the guild vendor lasts 15 minutes now. You can kite some of the bosses together and kil them on top of the banner.
You couldnt do that in wrath when the banner lasted 2 minutes on a 10 minute CD.My name is Cernunnos, I will love you like no other, I have died a thousand deaths, each time I died I thought of you.

correct, no rep from trash, meaning its still bosses only.
