Obviously we can't know for sure, but if it's like GW1 it'll just be the installer on the disc.

If you get a CD it will only have the launcher that will allow you to download it anyway, and you don't need a cd for that.
You don't even need to own the game to download it. Use the link Mif provided and get a headstart on it.
