I have been thinking about this for a long time, and I think it would be amazing,
Factions are already there
Classes are already there
and hundreds of millions of fans!
Should this happen or should it never see the light of day?

should not be made since it's impossible to balance that game without removing the cool stuff or making the cool stuff totally useless ( bloodbending and lightning )

I doubt you even come close to a couple of million. Don't forget, it's a nick show and not released that much outisde the US.

2 weeks ago I had a tour at EA Studio.. Met a concept artist and he showed the tour group his work from an Avatar MMO that was a WIP from Nickelodeon.. Sadly they cancelled it because they didnt know how expensive it is to make one. But the 3d renderings they showed looked quite amazing

Single player RPG Avatar that doesn't suck, have childish artwork or namby pamby play style called "use this stick to snag a key from a water buffalo!" or whatever the nick.com game was about haha.

Make it a single player action rpg imo. That'd leave the cool stuff and the general theme. I have no clue why everyone wants to turn something cool into an mmo. MMO's aren't the only kind of games, and in most cases MMO's are the hardest to actually make half decent.

I would agree with this, would be boring with Avatar MMO without being able to use all four elements. Since the other elements by themselves are pretty boring even though they got specials. If you pick water you would be forced to heal since its the only one that can do it. And so on and so on.
