Cho'gall Normal + Sinestra = possible in one lockout?

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to kill Cho'gall on normal for his [The Abyss Will Gaze Back Into You] achievement, then leaving the group and joining someone with a 4/5 HC lockout and killing Sinestra in the same week? Would I be able to zone in the instance?

yes it is possible to do that

yeah that -should- work just fine, all I can say from personal experience though is that it works the same in firelands. you can join a 6/7 HC save if you've killed 6/7 normal yourself (the keyword being NORMAL here) once you kill Halfus on heroic and the rest normal, it wouldnt work anymore.

As long as everything in BoT was killed on normal then you can do it. I do remember that some bosses in T11 had weird behavior where even attempting them on heroic at all would get you saved to a heroic lockout. As long as you don't have an actual heroic lockout then you can do both.
