What is the cyclone focus target with the cntrl mod ?

If you dont hold CTRL down it will cast on current target, if you hold CTRL down it will be on focus

Personally I prefer to use a mouseover cyclone macro as follows:
#showtooltip Cyclone
/cast [target=mouseover,exists,nodead] Cyclone
