Does Inner Fire stack with other 10% Spellpower buffs?

As the thread title says. I used the search function and was unable to find an answer. I'm sorry if I missed it. Any solid answers would be appreciated. If this has been answered, redirect me to the proper thread and close this one. Thanks in advance.

I wasn't sure if it did, so I just tested it out in the raid:

13,036 spellpower with both Inner Fire and Burning Wrath.
    11,949 spellpower with Inner Fire
    10,863 spellpower without both

    Seems like it does stack!

It scales your spellpower up by 10%, so yes, it does.

The 10% spellpower buff from things like Arcane Brilliance is a raid buff. The buff from Inner Fire is an adjustment of the old mechanic that used to give static spellpower (approx. 500).

This is sort of like asking if a Hunter's Aspect of the Hawk stacks with raid AP buffs. Rule of thumb: raid-wide buffs stack with player-only buffs, but not with other raid-wide buffs.

It does stack. Just like Aspect of the Hawk stacks with Trueshot Aura.

Also seems like it stacks additively and not multiplicatively. Is this right? I always thought these buffs were multiplied together not added.
