New computer for MoP, GW2, SWTOR.

Hi, I'm looking to get a new computer for all the games that are out now and coming out in the next year. I currently have a gaming laptop that's getting onto 3 years and it's starting to show it's age. I'm about to move and settled down for school, and this time I'm looking to by a tower. I was looking at around 1500$ price range and I came up with this:

CyberpowerPC Gamer Xtreme 1346 Desktop PC Intel Core i7 3770k(3.50GHz) 16GB DDR3 1TB HDD Capacity AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB PCI-e Graphics Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit.

I know enough about to computer parts, but I'm terrible when it comes to symmetry and how it all works together. Would this be fine for my needs (I'm looking to run Ultra settings with no lag.)
Comment? Suggestions?

Why get 16gb of ram?
Get an i5 and save yourself some money.
Also get an ssd

Yea, 16gb of ram is a lot but thats what the build comes with. I wanted to build myself a computer but I really don't know how, it's so intimidating. I might consider getting a SSD in the future and run the OS on it. The price for this is $1,313.49.

16gb is good... but drop that i7 to an i5 3570k
