Reforging woes

So I am trying to squeeze out some more haste but the number that I get to is 2726. Now I look at other druids a lot and always see them having a ton more haste than I do. Here is an example of one.

The Druid I'm looking at

As you can see he has 2975 Haste. A whopping 249 haste more than I have. Now you will say; "But he has Heroic Ring of the Riven and Haste enchants to boots so that would give you more!" If I had those changes that would only net me 74 haste (24 from ring and 50 from boot enchant) which would total to 2800....175 under the other druid. We have the same gemming and same gear outside of the ring. The trinket also but it doesn't give any haste.

So what I'm looking for is just something I'm missing and I am hoping someone else will see it because I can't. I know I still won't hit the 3101 or whatever the cap is without a Lock which is the situation I am in but I would still like to know what I am doing wrong.

Found your problem, it's easy to overlook if you're looking too intently. He's using the Resto chest piece which naturally comes with 325 Haste versus yours that gives 128 from reforging only. So that's a bit less than 200 you're missing out on, plus the 74 from a ring upgrade and different boot enchant, you'd actually have more Haste than he does (probably due to the Int/Haste gem versus his Int/Mast and slightly different reforging).

Haha...WOW. So it's Tuesday and figured I'd check in here and here I thought I had the Resto chest but I guess I bought the Balance instead. So I will cry myself to sleep for my stupidity and hope that this week a Vanq token will drop. Thanks you guys for seeing my problem!
