Spanish league yo! Every team that isnt Barca and Real seems to be forced to sell any good players they have elsewhere.

Gordon Strachan named Scotland manager, first bit of sense coming out of the fuckwit factory at the SFA since they hired Walter Smith back in 2004!

Well it's not even that. Valencia had better possession, better ball movement, more shots, and overall just played better. Had nothing to do with them selling players. The linesman of the game screwed up at least 3 offside calls though, and two of those had a Valencia player 1v1 with Madrid's keeper.

Anyway, Madrid doesn't look good at all but they have quality players and is deadly on the counterattack. It should be an interesting battle with Man Utd in the CL.

My point was that RM and Barcas squads are so far ahead of anyone else in the Spanish league that they simply don't need to play better. Ronaldo or Messi is more likely to score with 1 clear chance than most other strikers are even if they had 5 chances.

So much for Pep to United he's gone to Bayern.

Good choice for Guardiola. I thought either Bayern or Milan would get him as coach. The only position in England that I saw him going to was if the Manchester United coaching position opened up. It'll be interesting to see how he does in Germany, the biggest challenge I see for him is the language barrier.

It's a bit of a surprise he's off to Bayern, but ultimately I get the feeling he'll do some time there (2-3 years) & as soon as Fergie retires he's bound for Manchester.

As a Bayern fan I can only welcome him. Time to take the step to become just as good as Barca.

    It's a beautiful day:
Chicago Bears gets new HC in Mark Trestman
    FC Bayern get's Pep Guardiola
I get an A in finals

    FUCK YES!

    Because he's been injured.

Story of the last few seasons, he plays great, gets injured and comes back not quite the same. Though this time it seems he's retained form.

Rooney looks sharp too, glad to have the pair of them back, timing couldn't be better.

Does this game look a little to easy or am I just seeing things?

The lack of goals in the back of the net is concerning. West Ham keep finding ways to work their way in. Pace is a little too lackadaisical for me, needs to speed up.

Meanwhile over at Stamford, Ba's opened up his Russian account, and it's a gorgeous goal.

Yea the lack of goals is kinda depressing, but I doubt RvP will be playing today unless they score.

Edit: Yay for having Ba and Lambert on my fantasy team.

I've clearly been under a rock today, I only just noticed Guardiola's gone to Munich.

It's a great fit, I'll post more thoughts on it later.

Not sure they ever plan to do another Matrix film, but if they do, there's Büttner's audition piece.
