    Pretty sure 19 twink guilds are dead. They all moved on to the 20-24 bracket because they wanted to pwn the trial PvPers.

    No,they are pretty much alive. You can find twinks in all xp-on brackets, and this is how they do it http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/2649816295
