other champions that need a relaunch/update

I could probably list like 20 champions, but that'd just be a waste.

Karma - from what I've seen and played, she has a decent early laning phase, being able to clear out any wave with a q + e (with r) combo, but her lack of an ultimate really does hurt her. Give her 3 mantra stacks or remake it imo.

Sejuani - just doesn't feel strong enough. Her ult is powerful enough to be her q, w, or e, but really doesn't deserve it's place at r.

Volibear - Suffers from the same thing Garen had. Good early game that could be easily countered leading into a "meh" at best lategame.

Those are three that personally I think need some good tlc.

Karma, Heimer, Poppy, Caitlyn, Yi, Soraka, Sejuani, Fiora, Warwick and Victor need some love.

AS builds need a hug, itemization-wise (if you want meta shift)

Learn to manage his Fury properly and he is amazing. I play him quite frequently and have no problems with him.

The ones that I think that need atleast a visual improvement are Sion, Soraka, Poppy, maybe Ryze, Fiddlesticks, Cho'gath.., Karma for sure, she needs a relaunch just like Katarina, Heimerdinger the same, relaunch and a new visual, those are pretty much that I think need attention. Btw also Udyr.

OT: Poppy really needs some love. Actually, all the older short champions would really benefit. Except maybe Amumu, but he feels kinda meh on anything that isn't jungle.

Although he excels in lane, he doesn't do much in teamfights because his turrets tend to get focused when he places them, and he's a really squishy champ in general. He's one of those champs where the "Win lane, lose game" statement applies to.

seems like all the champs who get played the least need revamp (trundle, xerath, karma) soraka i dont think they will change her, easiest solution would be to make her mana gift spell cost mana, would pretty fast burn her empty. Nautilus Jungle and rammus scaling should be overlooked, gosh that level 1 naut shield must have the longest non ult cds in the game. Attack speed very low, waves doing no damage at the start, passive only once per creep. His ganks are amazing but he is very blue dependend and even with blue he takes forever to take red. Karma should get some cc ability, most of the supporters are not taken for their amazing heals or shields (and no ap items making them more useless) but for cc, the slow/speed buff is to weak imho. would be cool if that magic line would allow you to throw the bound target somewhere
