What do you guys think is better, ilvl 535 Jalak's Maelstrom Staff or ilvl 522 Wu-Lai + ilvl 517 Claws of Shek'zeer (with 500 agi gem), given that with the staff I am 250 over hit cap (after all attempts to reforge out of hit)?

I'm thinking the staff is better but I really don't want it to be

Im having trouble with hit/expertise. I currently have Vp trinket, Hc Bottle upgraded 2 times, Hc renataki, Runes of Re originate and Talisman of Bloodlust.

I got 4 set bonus today and i got Hc head and Gloves too and now when i picked tier gloves im having way too much Expertise.
With Hc renataki i cant drop expertise below 8% and same problem is with Vp trinket too.

Should i just go like Talisman and Hc bottle with 4 set and get hit and expertise cap or should i pick some other trinket even if it goes way over?

Oh and i got Legendary meta gem too so does haste value go up when you pick it or does it stay the same?

If you have Runes of RO, why would you not equip them ?
Talisman and Runes don't go well together, I'd go with Renataki's, especially Hc.

Nvm y ofc i should use rune. I had wrong reforges on last night raid so i tought runes was broken when it gave me only crit

Because Runes dont work. Yesterday when i was raiding i started to wonder why my dps is so poor and then realized that Runes change all my stats to crit. Even if i reforged so that my mastery was 3k over crit everytime runes changed my stats to crit.

have you tried it with just a single item equipped that has mastery 100% certain as highest stat without reforges and no trinkets or other items equipped?

What I think is that it's a bug where it doesn't take reforges into account when calculating the highest stat.

Other topic: I am interested how you guys handle bloodlust or similar effects. Do you only spam RsK and BoK or do you actually try to squeeze Chi Wave and FoF in the rotation?

I personally dont use FoF on cd at all, i have simmed both using it and without, you are talking around about a 1-2k dps increase for using it perfectly which with how encounters are isnt exactly the safest idea. i will only use FoF to extend a trinket proc or if im dire need on energy and EB is still on a 30 sec cd.

Chi wave however, we got that 10% nerf because of its damage, so you should use it on cd no matter what

I use Fof as much as i can so i can drop some more haste since Fof channel gives some time to regen energy.

Short answer...yes. Very much so...yes.

Based on my gearing with the Rune I'm simming higher with Heroic Renataki than I am with Heroic Juju and both are simming higher than the Shado Pan one.

Had the same problem for weeks, but yesterday I got some upgrades and now I got perfect hit/exp caps and 6.8k/6.8k/6.9k stats

Just be patient it'll work out

also having 13 different kinds of gems in your gear is fun...

which should i wear? zeeg has higher weapon dps but lower min max dmg because of 2.40 atkspeed, wu-lai has higher min max dmg because of 2.60 atkspeed but less weapon dps.
