then we've got the Human(Norn?) eye with (Norn) warpaint... it all really ties into another. The dragon could be Drakkar (the creature which was frozen in Drakkar Lake, in the Norn-Area... which we know has been destroyed by Jormag (the reason why the Norn fled south).
It's definitely Eir swimming based on the concept art from before. They posted a closer up version on fb

Yeah that's definitively a view looking up at someone swimming upwards towards the surface, or perhaps even swimming downwards, took me a while to realized that.
Now that gif file making it seem like its some creature, that person is way off and needs to study the human body a bit more 'cuz the first thing I noticed was a human foot.
Many people are connecting this new image with concept art featuring Eir, examining what appears to be a dragon's eye. Perhaps this new image is of her after making that discovery? Or maybe swimming down, before she has made the discovery. Even so, maybe they aren't related at all.

My first thoughts were the eye is linked to the new song and a possible music video for it. After reading the Pale Tree is supposed to sing it, I dismissed it, because Sylvari eyes are different, and I know they could do a better job at making Sylvari skin then putting mud on someones face. But this eye could quite possibly be Eir, and i still believe it has something to do with the song, so maybe its a trailer that includes all races, with the Pale Tree singing? Although with out cgi I don't know how they would input the Asura or Charr without creating some very expensive costumes or puppets.

or...IT COULD BE THAT ONE OF THE DRAGONS ACTUALLY CAN TURN ITSELF TO A HUMAN BEING :O

the main reason me (and others) think there is something behind it is because they just post it on FB, with no explanation and a post not even related to it, and Anet has a history of liking to suprise people
