Hello,

I just pre-purchased a digital copy this morning after having to cancel my pre-order a few weeks back because I moved and have no way of getting to my old town at midnight to pick it up.

As I checked out and paid for the game I noticed that in the URL it said en_GB, did I just purchase a UK version of the game? Am I going to be restricted to European servers instead of North American servers? I've tried to access the support site but it is not loading. Any insight would be wonderful.

Where did you buy it from?

If it is a European copy, it will require the first log in to be from a European IP. After that you can play in any region you want.

I'm in Ontario, Canada. I bought it from their official store.

The one I got from Google didn't want to load, but the one from my history does (the /en. being the difference).

I just came across this on their website.

"When you purchase the game from our Pre-Purchase website, you’ll automatically receive the correct regional version of the game based on where you live."

So I could have bought a copy designated for the moon, but I'd still be listed as NA. Yay!

Actually I should of thought of this earlier, but if you can select your country from the list it should be the right version, as you can't select NA countries if you're on the EU site.

At least you found the bug with the support site not redirecting to the EN subdomain.
I sent the community a team an email about it, so hopefully they can get it fixed and it won't happen to other people
