UK player - Headsart?

Hey all

After telling myself for ages i wouldn't get GW2, a new internet connection and the ever nearing deadline has convinced me otherwise. So now I am a bit late on ordering, does anybody know if there is still anywhere i can order from and get the early headstart? I know the official site but the cost is a tad steep for me. Or have i left it to late now?

I would check the national game selling sites, not an UK inhabitant but I'm sure you know of some yourself? They should be selling offers on their sites if they still have them so they can send the key directly to your email.
However, I dont know why the difference is so high in UK. In sweden it's like only 2-3 euro more expensive than buying from swedish webstores

My guess is that as long as you can buy the headstart from the official site it isnt too late.

edit: I just read the item description a little more in depth, I originally thought that it would give you a digital code to use, but what you actually get is a physical scratch-card type thing with your code on, which means you will have to pay and wait for the card to be shipped to you. If you bought it now and paid for next day delivery it would ship tomorrow and hopefully arrive Friday [one day before headstart], all things going to plan that should be fine.
But tbh with the added cost of delivery I'd just buy from the official site which gives you instant access to your code digitally. And even next day delivery isn't an absolute guarantee that it will arrive the next day.

Thanks for the replies. I also spotted this one http://www.game.co.uk/en/guild-wars-...2_Game-_-Broad at a good price, but it doesn't really say much about whether it is one or three day head start. Perhaps the amazon one is a good idea, but like you say depends on postage.

That one is a pre-order, not a pre-purchase, pre-orders only get 1 day early access, but that link is to a physical copy so you will have to wait for it to arrive and then wait to download whatever is left of the client from the disk too, depends on how much faith you have in the UK postal force. The site also looks very sketchy, especially for a rather large company like GAME, there is hardly any info on what you are ordering.
