Buffs
Evelynn - Ult CD is now 120/90/60 from 120/100/80 , W CD to 15 at all ranks,, Q mana cost down, E range increased
Ezrael- Mana cost on Mystic Shot decreased slightly each rank
Twitch- Expunge dmg increased, mana cost decreased
Ziggs- Mega Inferno Bomb minimum damage increased to 80% from 75%
Vayne and Swain are in those notes but changes are not there (perhaps an error )

Nerfs
Alistar - Movespeed to 300 from 305, headbutt range to 600 from 650
Diana-HP5 to 6 from 9, Q ratio + base dmg decreased, W damage slightly decreased, Ult CD increased slightly
Ezrael-Base damage on Essence Flux reduced, AP ratio increased by 0.1
Gragas- Mana cost on Body Slam increased from 50 to 75.
Graves- Quickdraw now gives 10% less attack speed than before at each rank
Karthus - Wall distance is no longer mentioned (may be static at all ranks, unclear in the patch notes RoG has) , Wall now lowers only Magic Resistance by 15%- the movespeed reduction is the same as before. Wall no longer reduces armor.
Nunu- Ice Blast debuff lasts 3 seconds, down from 4
Shen- Shadow Dash CD increased at earlier ranks (16/14/12/10/8) from 10/9.5/9/8.5/8
Corki- Passive now deals bonus true damage each auto attack (previoulsly did 10% of his total attack damage as bonus true damage). I'm guessing this is a flat amount and scales per level. Valkyrie CD increased to 26/23/20/17/14 from 20/18/16/14/12.

Alister nerfed again? Lol! How many times is it now? Must be some kind of record. Not that the nerfs will do anything to him. He is a freaking beast and will stay the same.

Looks like my plea to nerf Graves and Corki is finally heard.

Alistar
Headbutt range reduced from 650 to 600.
Base movement speed reduced to 300 from 305.

Corki
Valkyrie cool down time increased to 26/23/20/17/14 seconds from 20/18/16/14/12 seconds.

Diana
Crescent Strike damage reduced to70/110/150/190/230 (+0.7*AP) from 80/125/170/215/260 (+0.8*AP).
Pale Cascade damage reduced to 20/34/48/62/76 from 20/36/52/68/84.
Base HP/5 reduced to 6 from 9.

Evelynn
Dark Frenzy 's cooldown lowered to 15 seconds at all levels from 20.
Ravage's range increased from 225 from 185.
Agony's Embrace cooldown reduced to 120/90/60 Seconds from 120/100/80 Seconds.

Ezreal
Mystic Shot's mana cost reduced to 28/31/34/37/40 Mana from 30/35/40/45/50 Mana.

Gragas
Body Slam's mana cost increased to 75 from 50.

Graves
Quick Draw's bonus attack speed lowered to 30/40/50/60/70% from 40/50/60/70/80%.

Karthus
Wall of Pain changed to "Magic Resist reduced by 15 % " from "Armor and Magic Resist reduced by 15/20/25/30/35 " and wall's length increase per rank is now showed in the tooltip.

Nunu
Ice Blast's attack speed and movement speed slow duration reduced to 3 seconds from 4 seconds.

Shen
Shadow Dash's cooldown increased to 16/14/12/10/8 Seconds from 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 Seconds.

Twitch
Expunge's damage increased to 40/50/60/70/80 from 20/35/50/65/80 and the mana cost has been decreased to 50/60/70/80/90 mana from 70/75/80/85/90 mana.

Ziggs
Mega Inferno Bomb's reduced damage to enemies further away has been increased to 80% from 70%.

It's a PAX skin, so most likely it will be similar to TF and Sivir in that you need a code from an event to get it. Chances are you won't be able to buy in store.

Ali and Karthus hit fucking HARD. Corki might also, depending on the True Damage adjustment.

Nerf aimed at AD Ez who max W first (like me). You're going to need 100 AP to make up for the damage loss, and as AD you don't build AP. Generally scaling < base damage. Buff for AP Ez somewhat, but he's largely a gimmick pick.

Graves not nerfed nearly enough. Neither is Gragas, nerfing the most pointless things. Shit. Excellent nerf to Nunu aswell, just dont think it'll be enough, at all, they have to hit his Blood Boil or the move speed percent, not the duration.

Like the nerfs to Shen, Karthus and Ez. I dont feel Corki deserves it though.

Also, fuck off buffing Twitch, let that rat stay in the gutter.

Another note, am I the only one feeling Cho to be REALLY strong right now?
